I’m Vladimir Kolessov. I’ve been a licensed electrician in Auckland for years, working under my own trade name, 3 Core Electrical. My licence number is EW142631.
The work I do is the work that keeps a home or a premises running quietly: switchboards, lighting, rewires, EV chargers, three-phase, fault-finding, the kind of jobs that show up as a flickering bulb or a tripped breaker and end with everything where it should be. Commercial fitouts and clinical electrical when the brief calls for it. Heat pumps and ventilation when a room needs to stay the temperature people live in.
I came up doing all kinds of work. The Network arrangement I’m part of now lets me focus on electrical, which is the licence I hold and where the standard belongs.

How I work.
Quote before we start. Code-compliant documentation on completion. Clean site, clean work, clean handover. If something on the brief turns out to be different on the wall, you hear about it before any scope changes. I don’t hand a finished job to the client without walking them through it first.
